Fachia Terms & Conditions — Everything You Need to Know About Your Rights and Responsibilities

These terms and conditions constitute a legal agreement between the entity operating the Fachia platform and all registered or unregistered users. By using the fachia.net website or mobile app, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

Fachia's services are available only to those who:

• Are at least 18 years of age, or meet the minimum legal age requirement applicable in their jurisdiction.
• Do not reside in a country or region where online gaming is completely prohibited.
• Capable of making independent decisions using their own judgment.

These terms are also available in English. In the event of any conflict between the Bengali and English versions, the English version shall prevail.

When registering on Fachia, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. Providing incorrect or false details may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of any funds held in that account.

1. Each user may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all of them will be closed.
2. Keeping your account password and login credentials confidential is solely your responsibility.
3. Sharing your account with third parties is strictly prohibited.
4. Withdrawals may be restricted until your KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is complete.

Fachia currently supports the following payment methods for users in Bangladesh:

• Deposits must come only from a mobile or bank account held in the name of the account holder.
• Receiving or sending funds on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawal requests cannot be cancelled once processed.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the applicable wager requirement must be met in full.

Placing a bet on Fachia means you agree to the following rules:

• Confirmed bets cannot be changed or cancelled, except where the cash-out feature applies.
• Fachia reserves the right to void any bet that was incorrectly accepted due to a technical error.
• In Sports Betting, decisions made by the relevant international sporting body are considered final for determining match outcomes.
• If a match is cancelled before it begins, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• The outcomes of RNG-based games cannot be manipulated and are certified by an independent third party.

Fachia is not liable for disconnections or delays during live betting. However, if a technical error on our end causes a loss, please contact us — we will review and resolve the issue.

Fachia offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers. Each bonus has its own terms, which are clearly stated on the bonus page. General bonus rules:

• Once a bonus is accepted, the bonus portion cannot be withdrawn until the stated wagering requirements have been met.
• Attempting to claim the same bonus more than once may result in account suspension.
• Bonus bets must be placed in your own name — using bonuses through a third party is prohibited.
• Fachia reserves the right to cancel or modify any special offer at any time.
• Any unused bonus will be automatically forfeited once it expires.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Fachia and will result in immediate account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers.
• Exploiting technical errors for personal gain without reporting them.
• Placing bets using software, bots, or any automated system.
• Participating in match fixing or any other illegal activity.
• Attempting to hack another user's account.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal fund transfers.

If any such activity is detected, all funds in the associated account may be forfeited and, where necessary, the matter will be reported to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

Fachia reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• Evidence of a terms violation or fraudulent activity.
• Registering with false information.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (12 months) — prior email notice will be sent.
• Upon instruction from a regulatory authority.

To voluntarily close your account, please contact support. Make sure to withdraw any remaining balance beforehand — once closed, reopening the account may not be straightforward.

Fachia is not liable for the following:

• Interruption to a game or betting session due to loss of internet connection.
• Losses resulting from issues with the user's own device or software.
• If a user's password or account credentials are compromised.
• Losses or financial damage from gameplay — gaming always carries risk.

If a service disruption occurs due to platform-side issues (such as server errors or scheduled maintenance), Fachia will make every effort to provide a fair resolution to affected users.

Fachia keeps all user personal data under the strictest protection. In brief:

• Your information is never sold to third parties.
• Your personal information is not shared with advertising companies.
• Information may be disclosed to law enforcement authorities where required by applicable law.
• You may request to view or delete your personal data at any time.
